The home was built for sale on Long Island. To make the property competitive and appealing to potential buyers, the windows and patio doors had to be of the highest quality. During our video consultation Roland shared with me that he expects:

The results: 50% savings with windows offering 2-3x the quality of U.S. products

After a detailed consultation process—reviewing the window schedule, window by window and door by door—Roland, his architect, and I found the optimal solution. Patrick and Veronica always strive to find the most cost-effective solution, but even if it’s an additional 10% or 20%, we still get exactly what we want or fantastic features.

It’s not that much more of a charge because typically we’re saving 50% compared to the cost of windows manufactured in the United States, for a product that’s two or three times the quality.
