Problems with windows broker from the U.S.

My client already had an experience with European windows made from aluminum (with a thermal break). He knew exactly that for his project similar windows would be perfect. 

However, he had difficulties with easy access to order them locally in the U.S. at affordable prices. His former windows broker located in the U.S. didn’t give him the full information about the windows. The communication was not good and hr could not ensure smooth building project realization.

It was creating just a middleman situation where my former windows broker wasn’t in control of the actual product that he was delivering.

I understand that everyone who is running a few building projects simultaneously expects to have quick and knowledgeable answers. When a local windows broker from the US doesn’t provide sufficient quality service, this is problematic for the director of construction.
