Xhovano Dardha is a New York construction director at a development-construction company with 10+ years behind him, running several projects at once. He already knew European thermally-broken aluminum windows were right for this luxury residence – that wasn’t the problem. The problem was his previous U.S. windows broker.
Left out of the loop: his former broker gave incomplete information and couldn’t ensure the build ran smoothly.
No control of the product: the broker wasn’t in real control of what he was delivering (a classic middleman situation).
No time to chase answers: juggling several projects at once, he needed fast, knowledgeable responses, not endless waiting on emails and calls.
The Solution: One team, every step, on the record
Across the 3,600 miles between debesto’s Poland office and New York, the fix wasn’t a product – it was a way of working. A dedicated business consultant (Patrick Łakucewicz) and window egineer (Jacob Chwałek) set up a communication method that suited him and walked him through every next step, so he knew exactly what would happen and when. That let him fold the window package cleanly into how he manages a construction project.
On the product side, the slim, premium look called for thermally-broken aluminum: Aluprof MB-70 (concealed sash, since replaced by MB-79N) with tempered glass for safety. For the 12-foot patio opening, debesto specced Aluprof MB-77HS lift-and-slide doors – a large glazing surface with a modern look and long, service-free life.
Back in Control, 3,600 Miles From the Factory
Every step, known in advance
a dedicated consultant and technologist walked him through what happens and when, so nothing was a surprise
One team owning the order
debesto ran the window package at project-management level, not as a hands-off reseller
Quick, expert responses
Fast answers from people who know Euro systems replaced the waiting he’d had with his former supplier
The Result: From out of the loop to full control
Xhovano went from dissatisfied, uninformed, and unsure about his order to having clear communication and a real sense of control over the project. For a someone who buys certainty more than product, that’s the result that matters: he could manage the build knowing the windows would show up as specified, on time, without on-site surprises.
In his own words, when the shipment reaches the States, there are no problems – which for someone running several jobs at once is worth more than any line-item discount.

“When you find stuff online, it’s not always that great.
With debesto, it’s been awesome at every level. They make me probably do my job even a little bit better because they’re so punctual with everything.
We go through every window on every order, and when it gets here – no issues. And that’s got to be their biggest strength: when sending stuff to the States, you don’t have problems.“
