Are aluminum door frames good?
Like other products manufactured from aluminum, a frame made from this material will be energy-efficient and weather- and scratch-resistant. Aluminum also requires less maintenance and care. Additionally, these frames are available in a variety of finishes to match the aesthetics of a building.
Their main disadvantage is their higher price and lower soundproofing compared to, for example, wood.
Which door frame is the best for a house?
It all depends on what your customer is looking for, if they want a frame:
- durable, energy-efficient with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and they are prepared for regular maintenance, show them an offer of wooden frames
- durable, weatherproof, low maintenance, and at the same time with a lower price, but also less energy-efficient, then we recommend a steel frame
- low maintenance, inexpensive, but with good thermal performance, choose a plastic frame
- energy-efficient, weatherproof or scratch-resistant, requiring occasional maintenance, but they also reckon with their higher cost, recommend them an aluminum frame

Generally, the larger the window, the more expensive it will be. On average, you can expect to pay between $600 and $1500 for a standard sized aluminum window that measures between 36 inches by 36 inches and 48 inches by 48 inches. For larger sizes, prices can range from $1500 to $3500 or more.
